Meet the Professional

Mr. Goldman brings a unique combination of experience and background to AllianceOne Enterprises, including, but not limited to (1) investment banking/financial advisory; (2) corporate consulting; (3) business ownership; (4) executive management positions as President and Chief Operating Officer. 

During his 36 year career, he has been involved in nearly every aspect of a business operation and every element of an enterprise life cycle, from start-up to corporate development to the successful sales of several entities.  This particular portfolio of skills and expertise enables Mr. Goldman to speak to and relate with both business owners on matters related to business operations, strategic transactions and transformation, and allow him to communicate effectively with prospective partners and suitors. 

Prior to the formation of AllianceOne Enterprises, Mr. Goldman worked as an investment banker and financial advisor for six years, focusing primarily on strategic transactions (corporate divestitures) involving lower-to middle market companies, helping to stage such enterprises for a successful sale and identifying and sourcing corporate acquirers, primarily private equity firms and family offices.  During this period, Mr. Goldman received the several designations to act as a Registered Representative with the Financial Industry Regulator Authority (FINRA) – details below. 

In the preceding 30 years, Mr. Goldman's extensive business experience included senior-level positions within various industries, as well as an enterprise ownership position in a wholesale distribution company.  He co-owned and ran the day-to-day operations of that wholesale distribution business for 13 years until he sold his interest in 2012.  As both an investment banker/financial advisory and business owner/operator, Mr. Goldman has been involved with multiple industries and sectors, including, but not limited to; manufacturing, wholesale distribution, residential mortgage, recruiting, and scrap metal recycling. 

A native of Lake Charles, Louisiana, Mr. Goldman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas (Austin) and a Master of Business Administration from McNeese State University.  He is licensed with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) as an Investment Banking Registered Representative (Series 79), a Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63), and been granted the Securities Industry Essentials Examination.. 

Mr. Goldman lives with his wife (Cindy) in Plano, Texas.  He loves spending time with his five grandchildren, and in the little time left, enjoys fishing, golfing and reading.
