Ms. Hirsch serves as Director of Operations for AllianceOne Enterprises (“AOE”).  In this capacity, she is responsible for the following primary functions: (1) Operations: Coordinates various initial project elements ranging from clientele contact to actual corporate engagement.  Assists in prioritizing engagement focus based on myriad of factors; (2) Marketing:  Designs, develops and authors the primary marketing collateral for the Firm; (3) Project Elements: Works in close contact with Managing Directors, Business Development Officers and Project Consultants, by co-authoring critical pieces utilized by AOE to garner buy-side indications of interest and eventual solicitation of letter of intent; (4) Training: Liaison with outside vendors in training AOE personnel at every level on nearly every element of the Firm’s operations.  Assists AOE personnel on an ongoing basis on matters relating to operations, technology, project prioritization, etc.; and (5) Technology: Effectively serves as Chief Technology Officer of the AOE by introducing various software and database technology.

Ms. Hirsch has served in various software marketing and senior support level positions with the following organizations: Western Geophysical, Houston, Texas; BMC Software, Houston, Texas; Pervasive Software, Austin, Texas; Kelli’s Gift Shop Suppliers, Dallas, Texas; and Southern Power, Birmingham, Alabama.

 

A native of Lake Charles, Louisiana, she received a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from McNeese State University.  Ms. Hirsch lives with her husband, Ron, in Birmingham, Alabama.  She regularly uses her degree in Elementary Education in her work with AOE associates.
